Mock-Star

3 basil leaves

1 ounce fresh pineapple

1 ounce ginger syrup

¾ ounce fresh lemon juice

2 ounces club soda

Basil leaf for garnish

Start with club soda in a Collins glass. Muddle 3 basil leaves in a shaker. Add ingredients and shake, then strain over pebble ice. Garnish with basil leaf.
