Ginger and Juice

1½ ounce fresh lemon juice

¾ ounce honey syrup*

¾ ounce ginger syrup*

½ ounce ruby red grapefruit juice

Combine all ingredients and shake. Strain over new ice, top with soda water, and garnish with a grapefruit slice.
