olive oil (vegan) mayonnaise

mustard

fresh cilantro leaves

firmly packed

jalapeno (seeds and membranes removed)

diced

garlic

ground cumin

teaspoon
salt

or to taste
Juice of 1/2 Lime
Instructions
Blend mayonnaise, mustard, cilantro, jalapeƱo pepper, garlic, lime juice, cumin, and salt together in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Pour mixture into a bowl, cover bowl with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until flavors blend, at least 1 hour.
