Course Sauce

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup olive oil (vegan) mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, firmly packed
- 1 jalapeno (seeds and membranes removed), diced
- 1 1/2 cloves garlic, halved
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- Juice of 1/2 Lime
Instructions
- Blend mayonnaise, mustard, cilantro, jalapeño pepper, garlic, lime juice, cumin, and salt together in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a bowl, cover bowl with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until flavors blend, at least 1 hour.
