Mix all ingredients in tall glass with ice and top with ginger ale. Garnish with dehydrated lime slice.
For the dehydrated lime slices (or other citrus):
Preheat oven to 200 degrees F. Slice as many limes as needed to uniform thickness, about ½ inch wide. Place in single layer on baking sheet. Dry for 24 hours, or until dry and hard to the touch. Let cool and store in airtight container at room temperature.
