
Green Tea–Infused Vodka

Servings 375 mL
Ingredients
- 375 milliliters vodka
- 15 grams green tea, such as sencha
Instructions
- Combine vodka and tea in a nonreactive container. Cover and allow to infuse for a minimum of 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes to encourage even extraction. Strain through a fine metal strainer, then strain again through a paper filter for a clean final product. Transfer to the spirits bottle or a Mason jar with a tight-fitting lid.
