
Allspicery Chai Masala

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons cinnamon chips
- 4 tablespoons green cardamom pods
- 4 tablespoons dried ginger root pieces
- 1½ tablespoons black peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon coriander seed
- 1 tablespoon fennel seed
- ½ tablespoon whole cloves
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients to make chai masala. Simmer 1 cup of water with 1 heaping tablespoon of chai masala for 10 minutes. Add preferred black tea, milk, and sweetener, to taste. For extra kick, add slices of fresh ginger. Store spice blend in an airtight container.
